Notice of Bid
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Public Utilities of the City of London, State of Ohio office of said Board, 20 South Walnut St., Suite 104, London, Ohio until 4:00 P.M. Friday, March 5, 2021 in the Board of Public Utilities Office for the leasing of the City Farm for London Sanitation Department in accordance with ASCS office tillable acres. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of $100.00 as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. On entering into contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a contract performance bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid to the satisfaction of said Board of Public Utilities and on so doing said certified check or cashier’s check shall be returned to the successful bidder. The right is reserved to reject any
and all bids.
