Pandering Obscenity Arrest

On April 5th, 2022, London Police officers arrested Brian K. Pensom, 54, 15 Deger Dr, at his residence on one count of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor, a 2nd degree felony; and one count of Attempted Importuning a 4th degree felony.

The charges are a result of an investigation by detectives of allegations made by Predator Catchers Inc., who contacted police on February 19th, 2022 after they met with the offender who was attempting to meet underage females online. Police were summoned to the home and secured electronic devices used in the crimes. Evidence found on the devices resulted in the Pandering Obscenity charge.

Pensom appeared in Madison County Municipal court on April 6th and was remanded to the Tri-County Jail under a $300,000 bond.
